Every number,
in plain words.
One private page per client, refreshed every night from the systems you already run. Every number carries a note on what it means and what we are doing about it. Built for a phone, read in five minutes on the first of the month. The pictures on this page are drawn mock-ups of the real thing, with sample data.
What is on the page
Nine tabs, one story,
no jargon.
The page opens on the month in one paragraph, written by a person, followed by six numbers and what we are doing next. Below that, a tab for each part of the business: Overview, Covers, Marketing, Reviews, Finance, Billing, Deliverables, Approvals and Reports. Three of them are drawn here; the samples are the real, interactive pages.
Marketing
Every campaign as a card.
Name, platform and a live dot. The month's budget against what has been spent so far. Results, and the cost per result against the target you agreed and the cap that pauses it. Under the card, the ads themselves, drawn as they appear on a phone, and a link to the plain-English rules that run them.
Beside it, a funnel from impressions to bookings, a split by platform, and the connected sources with the time each was last read. The booking count comes from your booking system, never from the ad platform's own report.

Finance
Invoices, and the leaks to plug.
Revenue and profit with a line for each month, the cash position, and the invoices you sent: paid, open and overdue, with who owes what and how many days late. Then leaks to plug: five to eight concrete places money is going that should not be, each with a monthly estimate you can check against the numbers on the page, the evidence, the fix, who owns it, and whether it is open, being fixed or plugged.
Our own invoices to you sit on the Billing tab: the plan, the amount, the next date, the past ones. Nothing about money is hidden on a page about money.

Approvals
One queue for everything that needs your yes.
New creative, a new audience, a budget change above 10 percent, a new page on your site, any claim about price or health: each waits here with the rule that queued it. Approve from your phone or ask for changes. If we hear nothing, we hold it and ask again; nothing is ever sent on a guess.
The software that watches the rules and fills this queue is called Samia bot. It gathers the numbers at night and applies the rules you approved in the morning. It never writes a new ad or spends outside the budget on its own; that waits for a person, and every action it does take is logged on the page with the number that triggered it.

Tab by tab
What each one
is for.
The same nine tabs for every client, with the second one renamed to fit the business: covers for a restaurant, patients for a practice, jobs for a contractor, matters for a firm.
Overview
The month in one paragraph, what we are doing next, the six numbers that matter, and anything that needs your attention this week.
Covers
The thing your business counts, by day and by hour: covers, patients, jobs or matters. Where the bookings came from, the no-shows, the top sellers.
Marketing
Campaign cards, the ads, the funnel, the platform split, and the connected sources with the time each was last read.
Reviews
Your rating and the new reviews, what people said, the words they use, how long each review waited for a reply, and one reply so you can hear the voice.
Finance
Revenue and profit, cash, the invoices you sent, bills due this week, your costs, and the leaks to plug with the arithmetic behind each one.
Billing
Our own invoices to you: the plan, what it covers, the amount, the next date and the past ones. Ad spend goes from you to the platforms; we never hold it.
Deliverables
What we made this month, piece by piece, with what each one did and its status: done, waiting on you, scheduled.
Approvals
Everything waiting for a yes, with the rule that put it there. Approve or ask for changes from your phone.
Reports
One page a month, written and signed by a person once the books close, kept so you can read the whole year in order.
How a number gets to the page
Connected, gathered,
checked, explained.
Nothing on the page is typed in by hand, and nothing on it is a platform grading its own homework. A booking is counted where the booking lives.
Connect
Your booking system, point of sale, ad accounts, reviews and books, each through its own partner or read-only access. You grant it from inside the platform and can remove it any time. We never hold a password.
Gather
Every night, Samia bot reads each source and rebuilds the page. Each source card shows when it was last read; if a connection breaks, the card turns red and we fix it before morning.
Check
Results come from the system that holds them, never the ad platform. A test booking has to show on the page before any campaign spends. A person reads the page before the monthly note goes out.
Explain
Every number carries a note on what it means and what we are doing about it. The monthly report is written in full sentences and signed with a name.
Signing in and privacy
Yours to read.
Nobody else's.
Each client sees only their own page. There are no passwords to remember and no app to install; it is a web page that works on any phone.
Signing in
Once our domain is live, you sign in with a one-time code sent to your email, through Cloudflare Access. No password, nothing to reset. The four samples are open to anyone, with sample data.
What we store
The totals the sources give us, the notes we write, the approvals and who gave them. Never your customers' card numbers. Connections are read-only; you can remove our access from inside each platform at any time.
Sample or live
Every page says which it is. The samples carry a yellow Sample data chip. A connected client's page shows when it was last updated and that the numbers are live.
