Welcome aboard

Tell us everything.
Then we take it from here.

Seven short parts, about twenty-five minutes. Your answers save on this device as you type, so you can stop and come back. Nothing on this page asks for a password: every account stays yours, and you grant us access from inside each platform.

01

The business

The facts every campaign, page and listing is built on.

This becomes the map every ad is shown inside.
02

People and approvals

One person approves. One phone gets the Monday numbers.

03

Customers and what you sell

Write the way you would talk. We turn it into the words customers see.

We use this to set what a booking is worth, and so what an ad may cost.
This is where the best ads come from.
04

Goals and money

One result we aim at, one budget, one target cost. Everything we do is measured against these.

Not sure? Leave it. We propose a number from your average spend and agree it before anything runs.
Ad spend goes straight from your card to Google, Meta or TikTok. We never hold it or mark it up.

Where you want to be seen

05

Brand and assets

Links are enough. Share a Google Drive, Dropbox or iCloud folder and we take it from there.

Vector (SVG, AI, EPS or PDF) if you have it. A PNG is fine to start.

Access and connectors

Each platform has a built-in way to give a partner access without sharing a password. The steps are under each card. Do what you can; we finish the rest together on the kickoff call.

Google: Ads, Analytics, Tag Manager, Business Profile, Search Console

Search is where people already looking for you are. Analytics and Tag Manager are how a booking gets counted.

Top right in Google Ads. We send a manager link request from our agency account; accept it under Admin, then Access and security.
In each: Admin, then access or user management, add [email protected] as Editor.

Meta: Instagram and Facebook

Partner access from your Business Portfolio. You keep ownership; we get the tools.

  1. business.facebook.com, Settings, Business info: copy the ID.
  2. Users, Partners, Add, "Give a partner access to your assets".
  3. Enter Samia's Business ID (in our welcome email) and assign the Page, the ad account, the Instagram account and the Pixel or dataset.

TikTok

From TikTok Business Center, add Samia as a partner and share the ad account and the TikTok account.

business.tiktok.com, Partners, Add partner, enter Samia's Business Center ID, assign the ad account with Operator access.

X and LinkedIn

Only if they fit the audience. X for news-driven and local-events reach; LinkedIn for firms selling to businesses.

Bookings, orders, patients, jobs or cases

The system that holds the result we are aiming at. Connected read-only, it is what makes the dashboard true.

Phones, email and reviews

Tracking numbers show only in ads and on the site. Your real number never changes.
